Teen Transition Coordinator
With generous funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Children’s Treatment Centre hired a Teen Transition Coordinator to coordinate services for teens and families. The goal is to identify and provide resources needed for transition to high school, post-secondary education, career/vocational planning and adult services. The Teen Transition Coordinator also helps youth work towards more community participation and skill development through special programs.
