July

The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent (CTC-CK) hosted their first annual Hawaiian Volunteer Appreciation BBQ.   The event was held on the CTC’s back patio, with decorations complementing the theme.   In attendance were 29 volunteers who assist in various groups, therapy sessions and recreational programs, as well as assisting with administrative duties.   The CTC-CK staff provided the food and the delicious spread was enjoyed by all.

Each volunteer that attended, was provided with a thank you “coconut”.   Our services are greatly enhanced through the generous support of our dedicated volunteers.

If you would like to volunteer, contact the CTC-CK and ask for Marnie Ball.
